At the time of writing, the Body Sculpture Power Trainer - BM1500 is the best selling vibration trainer on Amazon.co.uk. So what makes the BM1500 so popular?

Well, first of all, it has a very nice price point. RRP is £199.99 but can usually pick this model up with change from £150. If you’re just getting into vibration training, that’s a price which won’t leave your wallet shaking (see what we did there?)

The machine is well constucted and actually pretty simple to put together, and move about. It weighs 22kg and has transport wheels for moving around easily.

It has 10 different speed & intensity settings to choose from, and there three preset programmes for you to get started with.  All exercises are completed on short time frames (30 seconds, 60 seconds and 120 seconds) and the product comes with a full exercise chart to show you how to get the most out of your BM1500 vibration trainer and how to get the best results.

Of course for this money, you’re not going to get the horsepower of the trainer you’ll find at the local gym, but if you’re on a budget, you’ll find this to be a cost effective way to keep up a regular vibtration fitness regime at home.

A new scientific study has found that vibration platform trainers can aid weight loss and trim on the fat between organs inside the body.

The conclusions were recently presented to the European Obesity Congress found that overweight people who combined vibration training with a healthy eating programme were more successful at losing weight than people who combined a conventional fitness plan with a healthy eating programme.
